The ITDD Purification and Analytical Services Facility carries out a variety of small-molecule analyses and purifications on a regular basis including LC-MS, low resolution mass spectrometry (LRMS), preparative, reverse phase liquid chromatography, and NMR. These analyses are facilitated by on-site instruments that include a Waters UPLC, two Waters ZQ mass spectrometers, a Waters autopurification system, and a Bruker 400 MHz NMR spectrometer.
